Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all diagnostic services booked with Krishna Diagnostics — at our laboratory in Nizampet or through home sample collection — and to your use of the website thekrishnalabs.in. By booking a test, you accept these terms.

Bookings and pricing

  • Bookings are confirmed on WhatsApp, by phone, or in person at the lab.
  • The price confirmed at the time of booking is final for that booking. Offer prices displayed on the website may be revised from time to time; the confirmed booking price prevails.
  • Tests are performed as per the names/prescription you provide. Please share the prescription photo where available so we match your doctor's request exactly.

Home sample collection

  • Home collection is offered free of charge within our stated service areas: Nizampet, Pragathi Nagar, Bachupally, Kukatpally, KPHB and Miyapur. Visits outside these areas are at our discretion.
  • Slots are scheduled at booking. If you need to reschedule, please inform us in advance on WhatsApp; repeated missed visits may require rebooking.
  • Some samples (for example, semen analysis) are time-sensitive and are best collected at the laboratory; we will advise honestly at booking.

Payments

Payment is made at the lab, or after sample collection for home visits, by UPI or cash. We do not store card or banking details.

Reports

  • Report timelines communicated at booking are best estimates; the large majority of routine reports are delivered the same day. Occasionally, technical repeats or referred tests may extend the timeline — we will keep you informed.
  • Reports are delivered digitally to the WhatsApp number provided at booking, and physical copies are available at the lab on request.
  • Laboratory results are intended for interpretation by a qualified medical practitioner. They are not a diagnosis or medical advice by themselves — always consult your doctor regarding your results and treatment.

Sample retesting and disputes

If you believe a result is inconsistent, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the report. Where the retained sample permits, we will re-run the test; where a fresh sample is clinically required, we will advise accordingly. Our responsibility is limited to performing the booked test with due professional care; our maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount paid for the test in question.

Conduct

We are committed to respectful service, and we ask the same of visitors toward our staff, including phlebotomists visiting your home. We reserve the right to decline service in cases of abusive behaviour.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Hyderabad, Telangana having jurisdiction.
